No help can be offered. Rougei is the only one authorized to hand out the "prizes" for bux.to. While it is true, that a Team Leader could probably do so, a normal GM doesn't have access to the tools required to turn an account into a premium account.
Its not that they don't want to help you, its that they actually... Can't.
