LF Moderators
Heya,
sadly at the moment I don't have any chance to moderate the serverforums as you might've noticed, since multipple hard exams and the irland internship afterwards is pretty much time-consuming for me.
That's why we are looking for some new teammembers, specificly 2-3 forum moderators.
Your advantages:
-> You get a coins/month income after a short trial period
-> You get more influence on the server development and can participate in Teammeetings
-> You have a chance to practice and improve your forum management skills (later also SQL etc skills)
-> You can become a full GM or Admin if you are successfull after some time
Your task would be:
-> Moderate threads
-> Take care of spam in important sections
-> Sort important sections (GM part, Testserver part)
-> Sometimes ban/warn offenders
-> Try to avoid forum drama
-> Often have to participate in GM/Team-meetings (Sunday 20.00 GMT+1)
You have to provide the following skills:
-> Good english and fine manners
-> Some idea of organisation and managing of people
-> Enough general knowledge about forums
-> Past moderating experiences are very welcome, but since vBulletin has a fairly easy interface not required.

), i know the rules well and i have good experience with HTML and basic experience with vbuletin (i have one vb forum running on my pc since more than half a year).
