About the advantages: 'You can become a full GM or Admin if you are successfull after some time' <- never seen that happening, would be interesting if it really would turn out like that with the fresh moderators. Well, you have to make 'moderating the forum' more attractive one way or another I guess.

Well FireFox offers the lovely option to check your spelling on-the-fly Helps a lot Also helps you remember faster that way how words are spelled xD
Too bad it can't help you with the syntax of sentences...
