Opening of the Testrealm - Principium Novum

The testrealm after months of work is finally done. We need your help now to finish the tests as soon as possible. We have installed a bug tracker (Mantis) to increase the efficiency of bug reports, for example important issues can be marked with a high priority so the team members will check them immediately.


The connection details are the following:

We have created also a simple tool for Windows to change the realmlist easily, just extract the "RealmChange.cmd" into your WoW directory and create a shortcut on your desktop.

The testrealm is using a converted backup from the 27.07.2011 (accounts / characters) with a few modifications to make the testing easier:

• All accounts are Platinum Premium so you can easily port yourself anywhere and enjoy the full Premium functions while you are using the testrealm (e.g Premiumisland)
• All accounts received 40.000 coins and 200 vote points on the testrealm
• All characters received 10.000 gold on the testrealm
• Gear vendors are available on Premium island

Now the most important part, the bug tracker. You can access it on the following URL:

Here is a small tutorial how you can report a bug if you never used a bug tracker before:

1. Go to the following page and create an account -> http://mantis.masterroot.de/signup_page.php
2. Wait a moment and confirm the email which has been sent to your email account, you can set your password afterwards
3. Login with your account and click on "My Account" to edit your personal settings, you can change for example the language there (All common languages are support)
4. Before posting anything make sure that this issue hasn't been reported before. Click on the "Report Issue" button to report a bug, describe it so detailed as possible and use no rude expressions (e.g "bugged shit"). You can also attach for example a screenshot in the "Upload File" section.
5. Read your bug report twice and click on the "Submit Report" button.
