aktuell gibt es eine Störung in der Erreichbarkeit des RZ 3. Nach Prüfung unserer Techniker schließen wir derzeit einen Fehler in unseren Systemen vorerst aus. Wir vermuten, dass durch im Umkreis ausgeführte Tiefbauarbeiten der Stadtwerke Erfurt beide Glasfaser Ringe beschädigt wurden. Sobald wir die Bestätigung, sowie ein Zeitfenster erhalten haben, werden wir Sie hier weiter informieren. Wir bedauern diesen Umstand sehr und werden alles in unserer Macht stehende tun um die Reparatur zu beschleunigen.

currently we have a problem in the datacenter RZ3. We are able to tell you that there exist no problem in our system after our technical support proved the datacenter. We guess, that the public works of our municipal authority in Erfurt damaged the fiber rings. As soon as we receive the confirmation and the needed time, we will inform you here. We regret the circumstances and will do everything to accelerate the repair process.
